From Vitsa to Dilofo

Twenty five people gathered in the land beyond, Zagori Suites, where we started taking Vitsa stairs to Dilofo through the old path. It has not been very easy because the old path was partially closed due to dense vegetation. We witnessed bear traces in the path, it is a common knowledge that bears use the path too. It took us nearly two hours to reach our destination, Dilofo. After traversing some slopes, tired by the final climbing up to the village and the tour visit we enjoyed tsipouro and meze. Being driven back to Vitsa we promised to do our best so that the marvellous path is fully open again. It was a total gain from the first Vikou paths experience.
