Well Being Weekend
18-21.06.2021
In the land beyond, we celebrated together the World Day of Gastronomy (18/6), Yoga and Music (21/6). We left the city, traveled to the northern and mountainous villages of Epirus for a weekend of relaxation with gastronomic surprises and an introduction to the special art of Qigong. The program included tours of the picturesque bridges and walks in Vitsa and the surrounding villages.

On Sunday afternoon, we discussed and honored gastronomy in all its glory in collaboration with the Epirus Gastronomy Club. The event was an introduction to Sustainable Gastronomy and how slow food positively affects physical and mental health. The event ended thematically with a traditional Celtic music night by the band "Beer for Breakfast".

Qigong seminar with Lucy Ratzel
"Practicing Qigong creates inner peace,
a healthy and active body and a calm mind,
able to cope with daily stress and illness. ”
Chinese folk wisdom

Qigong is a combination of slow movements, conscious breathing and a pleasant presence in the body. In this two-day seminar we practice Qigong exercises that are easy to learn and integrate into everyday life.

It is a special combination of qigong movement sequences, stimulation of important points of acoustic pressure and facial massage. In a small theoretical part we focus on the element of fire and thus on the heart. We strengthen and harmonize our heart for more enjoyment of life and balance.

Lucy Ratzel has been practicing Qigong for over 20 years.
He is a Qigong and Chan Mi Gong teacher, learned from Master Xiao Yan Liu,
Grand Master Hong Thay Lee and Dr. Zuzana Sebkova-Thaller.
He has been teaching thousands of people worldwide for over 10 years.
